This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are okay). The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited at Third Creek.
