The second living area features a love seat and two armchairs. Curl up by electric fireplace and screen movies on the TV.
The first office has a twin sleeper sofa. Find a quiet hideaway in the second office, furnished with a sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
Two kitchens provide ample space to prepare meals. Each kitchen includes an array of helpful gadgets.
When you’re ready to eat, you’ll find a table for four in both dining areas.
BED & BATH
Occupying the entire top, the suite has a queen bed, twin bed, pool table, and a TV. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower. (This room does not have a closing door at the top of the stairs.)
The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the second bath has a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has a king bed and two twin beds. The third bath includes a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Two decks each feature armchairs and a gas grill.
During warmer months, head to the communal pool and hot tub, located at the Tahoe Village Recreation Center (0.7 miles away).

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted.
This four-story condo is accessed via three sets of 12 steps.
All TVs are equipped with cable, as well as VHS and DVD players.
There is no ice maker on-site.
This property welcomes dogs. If you choose to bring a dog, a pet fee is required upon booking.
The rental is equipped with exterior cameras and does not have air-conditioning.
The condo is situated at a higher altitude where it can be harder to breathe.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This is a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking permitted.
