This newly renovated three-story townhouse has two living rooms.
The second-floor living area has reclining furniture, a 42” TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs, another living area has a leather sofa, love seat, 55” smart TV, and a game table.
KITCHEN & DINING
The remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and sleek gray cabinetry. A gas range, double-basin sink, and dishwasher make meal prep and clean-up a breeze.
When it’s time to eat, gather at the mahogany table for six. A drop leaf console table in the dining room opens to provide seating for four more.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The townhouse sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms across three floors.
The lower-level master suite is furnished with a king bed and 40” smart TV. The en-suite master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
On the first floor, the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Across the hall, the third bedroom has a king bed. A shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed, 40” TV, and balcony access. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The second-floor balcony has a dining table for six, lovely pine views, and a gas grill.
A few steps away, you'll find the sauna, hot tub, and a seasonal shared pool.
Lake Village also has a clubhouse with a pool table and ping-pong.

Find picturesque El Dorado Beach 3.3 miles away and the popular Tahoe Rim Trail in 4.2 miles. Nevada Beach is a 5-minute drive. In the winter, Heavenly offers skiing and snowboarding within a 5-minute drive.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets are permitted. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
