The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.
This condo features renovated traditional mountain décor with three bedrooms plus a loft and three bathrooms providing sleeping accommodations for up to 10. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings Lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors adjacent to the dining room offer breath-taking views of Park City area valley. You will find a beautifully furnished and well-stocked kitchen with knotty Alder wood cabinets, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for four, a dramatic slate floor, and stainless-steel appliances. Additional seating for eight is available in the dining area along with custom built-ins and a wine fridge.
The living room is bright with vaulted ceilings, it includes a large, flat-screen TV, custom stone-built wall and gas fireplace, and cozy furniture to relax and take in your surroundings. Additional gathering space is available on the balcony, which is perfect for year-round enjoyment.
The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, flat-screen TV, natural stone gas fireplace, cozy reading chair, and multiple windows framing the stunning mountain views, wooden ceilings give for a warm, log-cabin feel. The main en-suite bathroom features beautifully designed oak wood cabinets, tiled walk-in shower and granite countertops.
The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of storage, and an abundance of natural light. This room overlooks the tennis courts with gorgeous mountain views. The second bathroom features a sunken tub and a tumbled marble, walk-in shower.
When you walk upstairs, you’ll find an open loft featuring two twin bunk sets and the condo’s third bedroom, which is access through a privacy curtain in lieu of a door, and a shared bathroom.
Condo amenities include duvets, a fabulous balcony with a gas grill, two gas stone fireplaces, four TVs with DVD players, beautiful alder wood doors and wooden window blinds throughout, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hair dryer in each of the three bathrooms. The condo is located on the third floor of building 1 and has elevator access.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
