This home is a remodeled studio with a kitchenette, full bath and private lanai in the Pacific Monarch building and sleeps 4. This unit is located on the 9th floor. Elevators are available.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Pacific Monarch building requires spalling work on the exterior. The project will take approximately 3 months to complete (9/5/23-12/1/23) with a pool closure planned (10/16/23-11/17/23). The main disruption will be construction noise when work is near the unit.*

The luxurious Pacific Monarch community boasts a gorgeous rooftop sundeck with outdoor pool and hot tub. Building also includes upkept lobby, on-site dining, coin-operated laundry facility, and optional paid on-site parking.
This unit does not include parking. The Pacific Monarch building manages an attached parking garage that can be purchased from the front desk.
This ideally located home is tucked along the shop and restaurant-dotted Kuhio Ave and a block from the world-famous Kalakaua Ave. The Pacific Monarch is a secured building steps away from Duke’s Lane eateries and ABC Stores and a short stroll to Waikiki Beach. Easy access to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head Monument/Hike, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Waikiki Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium.
This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.
**Professional CDC-compliant cleanings are completed before and after your stay.

The building plans to begin these projects next week (3/13), which they expect to take about 2 months. For most of the work they will just close off small portions of the rooftop in the area they are working. There will be a few days the spa will be closed when they install new stone coping & deck tiles. The pool may require closure for one or two days to allow application of surface waterproofing around it. They are working with the contractors to try to minimize those closures by doing evening work when possible. The BBQ grills will be out of service 2 - 3 weeks when they work on that area beginning late next week (3/13) or the week after (3/20). The building will provide more details and report progress as materials arrive on island and dates are firmed up. In the meantime we wanted to inform our guests that there could be construction noise, paint smells (although its outdoors so shouldn’t be a big problem) & temporary closures of portions of the rooftop as they work on these projects.
