The property management was great. We had a few issues (phone problems, no suitable skillet for breakfast fare, non-functional corkscrew) and the REMax people were very helpful and responsive.
This unit has been in the owners' family for a lot of years. The kitchen and bath have been nicely updated so it's surprising the furnishings are in such poor condition. Some redecorating would bring this up to a primo property.
It would be handy if they had the Wifi password handy too, we had to call to get that, there was no paper on that. But other than that we had a terrific time. The view was exceptional, This was the second time I've stayed in this exact location so Its worth it! With just a little maintenance it would be 100%.
The setting is unparalleled in terms of an ocean view of the Sleeping Indian. The condo is perfect for a couple whether they are on their first or 10th honeymoon. Comfortable furnishings that reflect the owner's good taste. It is our 3rd visit and we intend to return again.
The view of Bali Hai and the ocean is amazing from the condo. There is a two mile paved walkway along the Princeville golf course for walking or running. You can easily walk over to the beach at the St. Regis Resort or drive to many of the great beaches on Kauai. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby.
We highly recommend staying at the Pali Ke Kua (Cliffs of the gods), Unit #118 and hope to return soon.

You could add a touch by providing arival coffee, foils , clear wrap, etc. in the kitchen, and offering a welcome basket. We have stayed in this unit many times,
Other, than that, I have only one suggestion, that the owners purchase rolldown blinds to help manage the heat of the afternoon sun.
We were pleased with the kitchen equipment. The blender was missing but was supplied (after a few days wait) by ReMax. The beach supplies and "reference library" were also quite welcome. We especially liked the electric grill, the insulated beverage pitcher, and the picnic coolers. We would certainly recommend this condo to friends.

Everything was exactly as shown & posted in ad except there was no standing fan. With no A/C & the two ceiling fans, it would have been more comfortable in the afternoons with that extra fan to move where needed.
Also had to take off the bathroom closet and raise the left side up so the spring held mechanism I. The track would keep the door in the correct position for opening and closing. The toilet was plugged and would not clear so we plunged it and reset the handle. It will work consistently now if you hold the handle down for two seconds on every flush. Also one light switch would not work as it was rusted so we took it apart cleaned the wires and out it back together. It works fine now. Most people would just live with these items being slightly off but I have twenty four apartment units and always carry a few tools. Would like to stay again but an early check in should be allowed so we can do these minor repairs before occupancy bigis.
