Welcome to Mountain Breeze! This amazing Palm Springs vacation home is located in the gated community, Mountain Gate, which is located by the world famous Palm Springs Tram. This Palm Springs vacation rental features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed and a 50' flat screen TV. 2 of the guest rooms feature queen-size beds and the 3rd guest room has a double bed. With the open floor plan you will enjoy cooking in this generous size kitchen, while having great conversation. You will be amazed by the gorgeous views from every room in the house. The community pool is within walking distance from the house.
After a nice swim in the pool, enjoy a game of tennis in the official size court. The kids will enjoy the playground, which includes slides and swings. Mountain Breeze is a quick 3 mile drive to downtown. This is the perfect Palm Springs vacation home for couples, groups of friends or families.
For Monthly (or longer) Guests staying in private homes, you would pay a utility deposit to cover the Gas & Electric Costs (pro-rated). The owner sends actual bills after departure. Also, you are able to bypass taxes with monthly rentals.
