Kihei Akahi C609 is a beautiful, ocean view condo, ideally located in the heart of Kihei Town! This one bedroom condo is located on the top floor of the C building on one of the most favored properties on Maui.
This home has a beachy, coastal vibe with thoughtful furnishings throughout. The living area features 50” Smart TV, ceiling fan and additional sleep space on the pull-out sleeper sofa. New ductless split AC installed end of November 2022!! Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out to the private view lanai. This is a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sips and meals al fresco. Watch for Humpback Whales breaching during winter months.
Back inside, you have a dining area with table and seating for 4. Not only a space for eating but also for a heated game of cards.
Kitchen has been updated with bamboo cabinets and granite counters. All stainless appliances including a rarity in Maui, a gas stove! Kitchen is fully equipped for those looking to whip up meals at home.
Bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and easily accessed from the living area. You’ll find the water closet separated from the vanity area so getting beach ready is easy for all.
New Split AC unit in bedroom installed end of November 2022. Bonus louvered Jalousie windows and ceiling fan to help circulate the famous Maui trade winds if you prefer au natural. This comfy room has a king bed and its own TV so you can cozy up and binge watch that show you have been meaning to start. Washer and dryer in unit along with beach chairs and beach towels to make for an absolutely perfect visit to Maui.
Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful, lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office and library on site! This location is ideal with warm, sandy beaches right across the street and favorite dining spots right next door including Fred’s Mexican Cafe, Moose McGillycuddy’s Sports Bar, Penny’s Pizza and 808 Deli for salads and sandwiches. Just a block North you also have Café O’lei and numerous other restaurants, shops and boutiques to wander through in search of the perfect gifts to bring home.
