"Heavenly Hilltop" is a short distance to Pine Mountain Lake's Marina Beach and about 25 miles to the entrance of Yosemite Park.
Features: Three-levels, 6bd, 4ba, 4600 sf and gorgeous mountain views. Four flat-screens with Netflix. Wifi, DVD, game room with pool table, ping pong and foosball. Central H/A plus evaporative cooler in game room (not central A/C), ceiling fans, wood-burning stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, tea kettle, washer/dryer. Basket ball hoop, Pellet BBQ grill, hot tub and parking for up to 6 cars. Elevator is not for guest-use. Workout area in garage. No pets allowed. This home has exterior security cameras.
AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.
You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property.
A copy of your drivers license will be required within 24 hours of booking.

No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 20 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 20 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).
LINENS:
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.
Beach towels are not provided.
GAS FIREPIT & GAS BBQ:
Propane not included. You can purchase a tank at the local market or order a tank on the Temporary Resident Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee.
OUTDOOR FIRES:
Other than the proper use of gas firepits (if applicable), all other outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
FIREWOOD:
Firewood is not provided for guest use.
TELEVISION:

Pine Mountain Lake Administration (PMLA) charges per vehicle for access/parking permits; the entire amount is paid to PMLA. The access/parking permit(s) allows access to the gated community, including the amenities like the lake and swimming pool. The permit also allows you to park at the vacation rental you have reserved. The permit(s) are required to be on your car dash or hung on your rear view mirror at all times, for the duration of your stay. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA. Parking permits are non-refundable.
