Surround yourself in the classic, elegant luxury of this remarkable Gulf front home. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Porto Villageo, Footprints in the Sand was built with impeccable craftsmanship and peerless attention to detail featuring high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. At Footprints in the Sand, every room has a beautiful view.
As you enter the main living area you immediately are welcomed with the amazing Texas Gulf Coast views! With high ceilings, all hard surface floors, no carpet, comfortable furniture and TVs throughout the home. You will know you’ve arrived in paradise as soon as you walk in the door. The interior of Footprints in the Sand features a full gourmet kitchen which includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and oven, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and an arrangement of cooking accessories that will make any chef smile. White farm sink, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and high-end lighting just to name a few.
Our large living and dining area is located on the top floor with amazing ocean views. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together as well as a separate kids play area. We offer a laundry room with a washer and dryer plus a utility sink. Footprints in the Sand is outfitted with the finest luxury linens and towels, as well as comfortable beds.
Footprints in the Sand offers four bedrooms each with king sized beds and amazing water views, plus a cozy bunk area all designed with an elegant beach flair. Two master bedrooms offer king size beds. Two other guest bedrooms have king size beds with a twin daybed. All bedrooms come with a flat screen TV. The downstairs studio area offers a fun spot for kids to hang out. There is a twin size bunk bed plus a twin daybed. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Enjoy a day at the beach and come back and enjoy the private home swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower to use once you get back from a day at the beach. We even have a little area for younger children to swim too. Prepare a wonderful meal using the outdoor charcoal grill while your family and friends are swimming.
**Hot tub can be heated for an additional $100 a day.
Footprints in the Sand offers parking for 4-5 vehicles including boat parking. Fishing and Golfing are located a few miles away. Enjoy the private beach walkover located right across from the property. Come stay at Footprints in the Sand and make your vacation a memorable one! We do not allow smoking or pets at this property! These rules are strictly enforced. Please be aware that we do have external cameras.
