ABOUT THE CONDO
This cozy, open-concept condo includes a private balcony with bay views off the main living area.
The relaxed living room features sectional seating and a Roku-equipped 55” LCD TV. An adjacent chef’s kitchen offers a spacious place to prepare gourmet meals; there are granite countertops, a three-seat breakfast bar, a stainless steel gas stove, and French-door refrigerator with ice machine. Sit down to meals at the large dining room table with seating for six.
After dinner, step onto the private balcony with wrought-iron seating for two, taking in panoramas of the city and bay.
The first bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination and granite vanity. The second bedroom also has two twin beds, and the third bedroom features one queen-size and one twin bed. All bedrooms have large windows and ceiling fans. The second shared bath has a tub/shower combination and granite vanity.
Downtown San Diego is a 30-minute drive from your front door, giving you easy access to popular attractions.
Situated in one of San Diego’s most historically significant neighborhoods, you’re moments from the La Playa area, Sports Arena area, Sunset Cliffs, the harbor, and Liberty Station’s urban waterfront village. You can also take in postcard-worthy views from the Cabrillo National Monument.
