The check in and out process was super easy - everything was in the app that was provided prior to checking in. I would definitely stay here again!
A few minor call outs were the floors needed to be cleaned better. Our feet were pretty dirty after walking around for a couple hours. Some of the dishes and blankets were not fully cleaned. And we found female underwear behind dresser in 2nd bedroom.
Despite those issues We will be back for sure to stay with KOHALA COAST PROPERTIES.
Great place to stay and great location to explore all of Waikoloa resort area!

The condo was beautiful and conveniently located to retauarants, shopping and amazing beaches. They really thought of everything in this unit to make our stay more comfortable... including snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas. The management company was very responsive and the property was clean and well maintained. It was kind of sad to leave this little slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!!
The property felt like a resort. This condo is towards the back of a well-maintained property and was very quiet during our stay. I loved that one of pools was located mere steps from our door, our condo had a lanai and a balcony overlooking the golf course (which we used every morning), and even had a washer/dryer. Additionally, Colony Villas is conveniently located by 2 shopping centers that have grocery stores (which we frequented).
All this, coupled with the golf discount...we'll definitely be returning.
