This brand-new villa is in the new Casita's at Sienna Hills Community near Zion and St. George, Utah. Enjoy two open great rooms that are perfect for entertaining while cooking with friends and family. There is plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat screens to enjoy movies or the big game.
There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance from the home.
This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. The dining table will seat 8 with an additional 4 bar stools at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair, and a large flat-screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio featuring patio furniture and a BBQ to enjoy the warm desert breeze.
