Highlights include a huge master suite and a private hot tub with forested lake views. Incline Village community amenities, including the beaches, are yours to enjoy.

The welcoming living room features appealing mountain decor, comfy seating, and a handsome river rock fireplace. Vaulted ceilings add dramatic flair to the space.
Kick back in the family room on plush leather furniture and watch a movie on the smart TV. A gas stove adds warm ambience.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances – including a six-burner gas range with griddle and double ovens.
Two breakfast bars with ample seating. The sunny dining area has a table for eight. Sliding glass doors open to the patio.
BED & BATH
The spacious master suite occupies the entire upstairs level and is appointed with a comfy king-size bed, bookshelves, smart TV, cedar-lined closet, and a private deck. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities, a jetted tub, and a large walk-in shower; windows and two skylights fill the bathroom with natural light.
The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a smart TV, while the third and fourth guest rooms both have a full-size bed. The fifth bedroom holds two twin-size beds. There are two guest bathrooms, which are en-suite to two of the bedrooms (and also accessible from the hallway).
A half bath off the living area provides added convenience.
Step out to the deck that extends the full length of the house. Find plenty of seating to enjoy the fresh alpine air. Take relaxing soaks in your private hot tub while admiring views of the forest and peeks of the lake.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and smart TVs equipped with cable are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage and one in the driveway.
Pets are prohibited.
The amenities of the Incline Village community, including access to private beaches, are yours to enjoy (rates apply, please visit the Incline Village Parks & Recreation website for more details).
Local ordinances prohibit outdoor fires and charcoal grills (gas grills ok). The grill and outdoor furniture on the property may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
