Neighborhood pleasantries include: Princeville Shopping Center a short drive (or walk) away; you can get all you need in groceries, gifts, restaurants and bars within 1 mile of this home. Makai Golf Course is a beautiful course and 1/4 mile from this home. A 2-mile walking/jogging path that meanders alongside the golf course with amazing mountain views.
A short drive to Hanalei Bay and you’ll be in a whole different world. Hanalei Bay is one of the best beaches in the world and locals and visitors alike enjoy the long sandy crescent shaped beach with calm waters in the summer and the iconic Hanalei Pier.

Driving slowly down Albert Rd., a dead-end street lined with high end homes, turn right into your concrete driveway and into the 2-car garage at the ground level of home. You can enter the home through the garage, or walk up the driveway a tiny bit and enter through the homes main door which is elevated by a set of stairs and enters at the mid-level section of the home.
Enter the home at either location and be greeted with an interior staircase to the glory shot of the home; a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with high ceilings and an open floor plan surrounded by large picture windows capturing light and air for that “ahh I’m home” feeling. Off of the kitchen area is a media room where seating and TV console are great for movie night. Off the media room is a semi covered lanai with bubbling hot jacuzzi tub and beyond that, and uncovered, are seating areas for BBQ grilling, entertaining, or basking in the sun. At the end of this wrap around lanai is a small table and 2 chairs facing the distant mountain view for the most cozy, private time for coffee or happy hour just for two.
Down the hall and at the mid level section of the home is a spacious Master Bedroom and its private master bathroom with walk in shower, his/her vanity and soaking tub. A King sized bed, TV, walk in closet and lanai as well. Bedroom #2 affectionately called the triangle room, as big as the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, closet, TV and lanai. Bedroom #3 is smaller with 2 twin beds, closet space and plenty of light. A full hall bathroom on this level as well. Bedroom #4 is down a small set of stairs right off the garage for that lock out feel. Private and cozy with queen sized bed, armoire, its own full bathroom for those who want to get away from it all, also has its own private lanai.
We have 2 beautiful, custom-made hard wood desks and desk chairs provided in the home for those who want to move those around and make their own office space in any room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all prep and cooking items you’ll need including plates, cups, cutlery, utensils, pots/pans, bowls, baking sheets even a wine refrigerator.
A 2 car stall garage space has a full sized washer and dryer, storage, and outdoor shower for hosing off after the beach.
Come enjoy all the North Shore of Kauai has to offer, with temperate weather, gorgeous views, and walkable fun in every direction. You won’t be disappointed with this well-appointed home. Clean and safe, you will get to relax even if work calls you to a desk nearby. Don’t forget sunsets and happy hour, whales during whale season December to May and Queens Bath in summer.
