Close to Wasatch State Park, this is the hub for all the adventure & outdoor recreation you could want! An outdoor enthusiast's dream with options of back-country snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, Nordic Center cross-country, tubing & paddle board yoga in Homestead Crater.
Townhome: 2 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 6). Nestled in the mountain range of Park City with a beautiful walking/biking trail just steps from the front door. Guests are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Our guests enjoy access to a private deck hot tub & garage parking (one car).
New Park is the perfect combination of mountains meet metropolis. In this ideal townhome guests will find themselves nestled in the mountain range of Park City with a beautiful walking/biking trail just steps from the front door. Guests are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Utah Olympic Park is 2 miles from the home and is just one of many things to do and see during your stay. Park City is a beautiful place to visit year round. Boasting beautiful ski terrane, excellent shopping, decadent dinning, and alpine adventures in the summer.
This home is a two story townhome. On the main level guests can enjoy company in an open kitchen, dinning room, living room area. The living room features picturesec views of distance mountains through the doors that open to a beautiful deck and a private hot tub. The living room has a beautiful fireplace for skiers to warm up next to after a long day on the slopes. The main level also has a 3/4 guest bathroom with a shower. Up stairs are the two bedrooms and an additional sleeping space with a twin bed and a trundle twin bed. The master bedroom offers a private deck that overlooks a large natural landscape with a creek that runs through and is framed by mountains. In this room a king bed sits adjacent to a flat screen TV, a walk in closet and a 3/4 master bathroom. Just outside the master bedroom door is the small space with the additional twin and trundle beds. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV with an attached bathroom. This guest bathroom has two vanities and a tub/shower combo. This bedroom has a small deck perfect for guests to enjoy morning coffee.
Guest have access to the private garage parking (one car) and additional parking for guests is in a parking lot near the townhome.
