Welcome to the Big Bear Wooded Wonder, your serene Big Bear retreat, conveniently located just minutes away from Boulder Bay, Pleasure Point Marina, and nearby convenience stores. This well-appointed cabin extends a warm, woodsy embrace, featuring a hot tub and a myriad of indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces.
The heart of this cabin is the expansive great room. Open, airy, and adorned with wooden floors, the room houses two cozy sitting areas, a wood-burning fireplace, and a cable-equipped TV.
The cabin also provides a loft with a pull-out couch, transforming the space into a comfortable fourth sleeping area.
For those looking for a bit of competitive fun, challenge your companions to a game on the multi-video game table or venture into the game room, a hidden gem offering an array of table games. From foosball and pool to basketball hoops, this detached room is the ideal lounge space complete with a flat-screen TV and DVDs. (Note: The game room is accessible only from the outside.)
Step outside onto the beckoning back deck, where a large hot tub, seating area, and propane barbecue create the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining.
Within the cabin, the kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot.
For your convenience, there's a laundry room and garage featuring a 220v NEMA 14-50 plug for electric car charging add to your convenience.
The main level master suite offers a private haven, furnished with a queen memory foam bed, streaming-ready TV, and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, the loft area provides a lounge sofa and a 3/4 bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, each fitted with a queen memory foam bed, assure a comfortable night's rest.

Guests' Rules
Welcome to the Guests' Rules for Big Bear Wooded Wonder. Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
1. Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests (8 adults max). Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
2. Parking: Space for 3 vehicles, including garage access. (220v NEMA 14-50 plug for electric car charging.) Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.
4. Check-In: Conducted at The Village Office for a warm welcome and local code compliance.
5. Noise: Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. You are not allowed to be outside, in a hot tub, play music or create any noise from inside of the residence that could be heard outside of the home. If these rules are violated, Code Enforcement could impose fines of up to $1,000 or eviction. (We have no control over Code Enforcement's decisions.)
6. Air Conditioning: None. Enjoy natural mountain breezes through open windows.
7. Ants: Sometimes our ants can be a bit over-friendly. To keep these small visitors at bay, we suggest promptly cleaning up right after each meal and don't leave food out. (We do use ant bait & ant traps… and the ants tend to look at those as snacks.)
8. Trash: You are mandated by ordinance to dispose of your trash at the designated trash site. If you require assistance, we can arrange a pick-up service for a nominal fee.
9. Video Surveillance & Noise Monitors: We employ external video surveillance and noise monitors at most of our properties. (We do not have video or audio monitoring inside of the residences.)
10. No Smoking/Vaping: We have a very strict No Smoking and/ or No Vaping policy on the grounds of all of our properties.
If any guest smokes or vapes on the premises during their stay, a minimum cleaning fee of $750 will be charged automatically to the Credit Card on file to cover the cost of carpets cleaning, dry cleaning of all bedspreads, curtains, etc. And the security deposit will be forfeited.
11. Age: Minimum booking age is 24.
12. Parties: No parties allowed; parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
13. Communication: For questions or concerns, we're available via phone or email.
Note: Code Compliance enforces all of the ordinances in Big Bear Lake. We have no control over the decisions they make, up to and including fines and evictions.
Note: Any eviction will result in the loss of your security deposit and you will not be entitled to a refund.
