A beautiful wood ceiling frames the light-filled living room, where a comfy sectional sofa surrounds a 65” TV. Enjoy hours of family fun at the classic pool table.
Upstairs, the second living room has a foosball table, bean bags, and another flat screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING

Three serene bedrooms sleep up to eight guests on the second floor.
The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the canal. A spa-like experience awaits in the en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double-sink vanity. A separate water closet offers added convenience.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third guest room has a two queens. Both bedrooms share access to a balcony.
The shared bath on this floor has a tiled tub/shower combination, and a half bath on the main floor features an eye-catching modern sink.
A fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor living room set invite you onto the deck, where the canal shimmers steps away. This is the perfect place to sip morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Stretch out on the 42' dock and watch the boats go by. (Please note that the on-site boat, as well as guest docking, are not available to guests.)
