+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX inside private 2 car standard size garage ONLY (will fit 1 standard + 1 minivan). No outside parking available within the HOA. NO public street parking. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours: 9am - 9pm.*PLEASE NOTE, THE POOL AREA IS CURRENTLY CLOSED*
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.

We had a good experience! This is a 5 minute car ride to the Disney park. Close to stores to get groceries. It's comfortable, quiet, and decorated cute in Disney theme. It does need some basic maintenance. (Broken blinds, broken microwave handle, chipping paint, sugar ants ) and our socks and feet were black so I think a carpet cleaner and tile scrub are much needed. I think for the cost these are just basic things that could be done in a day or two with little effort by owners. Overall though we did enjoy our stay, slept well and loved having home amenities and space for the week. It was great to have beach toys, strollers, all there. Also Well stocked with soap, hair dryers, etc.

The house was well laid out, and had all the resources we needed. It was warm upstairs, so make sure you get out those fans and open the windows. There's Roku's in the living room, master, and the kids room with bunk beds, so if you get home and need some time to relax you'll be set. The master toilet was not refilling the tank, so you get 2 flushes then you have to fiddle with it to get it to refill. Nice little patio off the dining room to eat outside, with a grill. Our minivan fit well in the garage, and we were still able to wash clothes in the washer/dryer. Kitchen has all the essentials, the sink head doesn't like to pull out, or go back in, or be adjusted. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, our kids even said "Thank you house, bye house!" as we were leaving.

We stayed with 4 adults and two children and it was a perfect size for all of us. It was clean and well kept. The location for groceries was perfect. We did walk to the park and it wasn't bad a little hard to do it twice in one day but the bus is close. The kids supply if equipment like strollers and stuff was helpful. Our first time to Disneyland and it was a good experience.

We rented this house from Dec. 1-8. We went to Disneyland and Universal Studios during our stay. The house gave us lots of room at a great price. It is walking distance (about 20 min.) to Disneyland in the opinion of my husband and myself, but we like walking, and used uber in the morning. My brother-in-law and our other friend used uber or cab rides mostly. Uber and cabs are so easy, I don't think a rental car is necessary, depending on what you want to do.The house is cute and clean. Carpets are a little worn. Everything you need is here, and the price is great for the area.

This was a great vacation home. We were 3 adults 3 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. All the amenities of home could be found and it was very close to Disney. I would not say it was an easy walking distance and we took our vehicle each day. The property management team was very easy to work with, the property itself could use a face lift but when you have hundreds of families in and out the wear and tear is expected. I would definitely recommend the vacation rental. The biggest downside is the "rules" of the complex which is quiet from 10 PM to 9 AM. We would leave for Disney by 7 A.M. which meant 3 young children were eager to get going and we were always having to shush them.

My husband and I wanted to take my granddaughter and her family to Disneyland for a week but we did not want to stay in a hotel for several reasons:My grandson-in-law is 6'7 and needs a lot of room,my 5 year old great grandson is autistic and sometimes needs alone time, and my 3 year old great granddaughter (as do most 3 year olds) needs space to run climb and basically get into as much trouble as possible. This house was perfect for all of the above issues. It is in a quiet location, conveniently located to everything from transportation to markets and restaurants. It is clean and well stocked, and the management is extremely easy to contact and work with in case any issues occur. We strongly and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful layout and property - very well maintained. Owners were excellent and even came out to help our 14 year old son turn off the oven (he missed a day at Disney due to being sick) when he couldn't find the "cancel" button. They also had a Mickey Mouse waffle maker delivered the next day when we asked about it. Property was in a good location and very quiet at night. We spent 3 days at Disney, 2 days at Universal and 1 day at Sea World - an exhausting but awesome trip. As always, there are things that could use a little work (toilets sometimes were difficult to flush, some challenges with room temperature differences), but you'll find that in any house. I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it!

We stayed here with my 6 six children (ages 17, 16, 14, 12, 8, and 2), my husband, and my mom. We had plenty of space and my kids loved the room with the bunk beds. We loved to place as soon as we walked In and were so grateful to have such a fun place to stay. We especially loved the 2 car garage, 2 strollers (we used them both everyday), the hot tub (didn't use the pool a lot because it was cooler and rainy), the super comfy beds, the crib, and the large kitchen table. We drove and parked to Disney, it's pretty close, but I knew we would not want to walk that far at the end of the day. Yes, there are little black bugs that find their way onto things left open, but easily avoidable if you just close everything up and put it away. The place was very clean (I am pretty sensitive about cleanliness) and had a lot of extra touches that were so helpful. The only thing I would have liked was maybe basic condiments like ketchup in the fridge, but that's it. We saved for a long time to take this trip and we were so excited to finally get to go. This was a perfect place for us to stay and we were all so happy with it. Thanks so really means a lot!

it was very easy to book, all instructions were clear and nothing was too much to ask for. The location was perfect for Disney land. We also used it as a base to visit San Diego, Lego land Catalina Island, Long beach, Staple centre and surrounding areas. The property had full amenities, large fridge, cooking utensils, was spacious. We had 7 of us staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. The only thing I would say that is slightly negative the property was starting to look a little tired in places. It could do with a bit of a paint job and kitchen cupboards updated. As far as cleanliness goes it was good. The washing machine and dryer were huge and very effective. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to others. All communication with the managers was excellent and prompt.

My family thoroughly enjoy staying at the Temple Of Doom. Awesome location. Close to gas, groceries, restaurants, and Disneyland. Traffic was minimal which is a huge plus. Quiet neighborhood. The private parking was an amazing perk. I would definitely recommend this stay and look forward to using it again.

Very close via Uber to the Disneyland parks which was very convenient for coming and going. Wish the hot tub was working but it was down for maintenance and unfortunately the price was not adjusted to suit. Would stay here again however as it was a lovely home and the owners have decorated it perfectly to suit the Disneyland theme. We were barely at the house so did not get full use of the kitchen or living room and mostly came home at the end of long days to fall straight asleep but would have had an easy time with all the house had to offer if we stayed longer.

We loved how close it was to the park. Washer and dryer was awesome so we came home will no dirty laundry. Strollers provided was very helpful. The only thing is the curtains in the master bedroom need to be blackout since the lights stay on outside all night.

The condo was perfect. The owners were very friendly and responded promptly to our questions and needs. There were four kids and four adults and the condo was a great fit for us. They thought of everything and we will definitely use them again.
