Highlights of your newly remodeled home include two living areas, high ceilings, Cali bamboo flooring, and an ocean-view master suite. Enjoy alfresco meals on the veranda or host an afternoon barbeque on your hidden patio surrounded by bananas and verdant vegetation.
Two living areas offer plenty of room to spread out and relax, both furnished with a sleeper sofa and armchairs. One living area has a 70” flat-screen smart TV, while the other has a gas fireplace and 55” smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sparkling kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of high-end appliances including a gas range. Stylish concrete counters provide ample preparation space. Thoughtful extras include a blender, Keurig, and a microwave.

BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps a maximum of eight guests between the three bedrooms and two queen-size sleeper sofas in the living areas.
The welcoming master suite is appointed with a Cal-king bed and a private balcony with ocean views. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The bedroom is configured with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest room features a comfy queen bed. An adjacent guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.
Step out to your covered veranda for alfresco meals at the table for four. Sway in the hammock chair while enjoying the coastal breeze.
A sunny garden patio has seating for four. Fire up the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. An enclosed outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.

The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.
