Description
This brand new split level 2nd story studio with loft is an architectural masterpiece. Sitting high above garages, it has no adjoining walls with other living spaces allowing for total privacy.
The main floor has high ceilings and sleeping for two people with a king size bed along with a queen size sleeper sofa.The large loft area can sleep 2 people on a queen mattress. This unit has a full size kitchen and a peninsula with seating for up to 4 people.
The bathroom has a beautiful shower along with a Jacuzzi tub. There are multiple windows, a large sliding door to a deck and skylights that make for an incredible airy feeling.
The living space is approximately 850 sq. ft. with an additional 450 sq. ft. of roof top deck.There are two private decks. One of the decks is outside the main space with a barbecue and dining table for your outdoor dining pleasure. The other deck is a large private rooftop deck with stereo speakers, endless views, comfortable outdoor furnishings as well as a fire pit and optional a hot tub.
Parking: This home is located on a dead end street with free street parking up and down the street.
Check-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm. Check-out time is at 10am. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late check-outs. One of our associates will meet you at the property for a required inspection upon check-out.
