At the Mahana, you will experience and enjoy the tranquility of Maui. The location on Kaanapali Beach is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, or just relaxing at the pool. The scenic beach walk takes you to Black Rock and further down the coastline is Whaler's Village. A few miles away is the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

• This condo has central air-conditioning. There are no ceiling fans in condo.
• Oceanfront Views from bedroom & living-room
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Washer/Dryer
• WIFI in the condo & around the property
• Spacious with over 800 sq.ft
• Free parking and NO resort fee
• Elevator access/ Stairs
To the north of the Mahana resort is a great selection of restaurants in the Honokowai area; a few favorites are Pizza Paradiso, Java Jazz, The Fish Market Maui, and a longtime local favorite Okazuya Deli which you must try during your Maui vacation. Are you a coffee lover? Bad Ass Coffee store serves up a delicious cup of Joe and also has some great souvenirs for your loved ones back home. Just next door is a Farmer's Market where you can find local produce, freshly made smoothies and homemade goods. Local produce vendors set up an outdoor market every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for residents and visitors to enjoy. Times Super Market is situated across the lower road from the Mahana Resort is where you can load up on groceries to fill your condo refrigerator to enjoy the convenience of cooking in your vacation rental. One of the perks of vacation rentals is having a full kitchen, so you don’t have to eat out for every meal.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Property Manager, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

Great location: next to a beach park with beach walk to Kaanapali Beach and Whaler's village for shopping and dinning. Our family love jogging on the beach walk each morning and walking after dinner
Great ocean views from living room and bedroom
The condo is clean with nicely updated kitchen and vanity. The other part of the bathroom is a little bit outdated.
The condo is directly in front of the ocean - for such a view you will pay at least $2k+ p/wk during a holiday week at any other hotel brand. There is a king size bedroom, spacious living + dining area, and renovated kitchen with all the cooking essentials and renovated bathroom vanity area. I was a little disappointed in the shower as it's quite old, but after a day I got used to it and the water pressure was perfect. The wifi was reliable, which was helpful since I did have work Zoom calls each morning. Having a washer/dryer was also fantastic during a week long stay, and I particularly liked washing my own towels during covid, as well as being able to return home with clean clothes. The apartment was also completely silent day and night, which I absolutely loved - either the ocean drains out noise or there is solid insulation. The area is within walking distance to a supermarket and the other prime hotels, as well as our fav restaurant for the week - Dukes of Malibu! We didn't use the pool but families seem to enjoy it daily, and I wish I'd have know there was a tennis court so we could have packed rackets - it was always empty. The condo bldg itself was well maintained with a pleasant concierge and fire tikis stationed outside for a warm tropical welcome.
Sullivan was also very helpful in promptly answering our questions.
