Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Property Manager, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

D-8 is a very nice location and great view.
Very Helpful staff. Nicely cleaned BBQ’s, and neat as a pin unit upon our arrival. Thank you!
That said, it’s no surprise that D-8 is getting tired and is in some need for a handyman to get in there and do a little work.
The utensil drawer just to the right of the dishwasher is all out of square, difficult to open/close and squeals like piggy when pulled in and out. An elderly person might not even get it open.
There is also some texture peeling off one of the interior walls.
There are some carpet tack strips sticking up just under the carpet where the carpet meets the bathroom floor up in the primary bedroom. I cut my foot on them with just my weight. They need to be slammed down with a hammer.
The glass slider doors were difficult for Aimee and Sophia to get open and then locked. Need some adjustment.
The primary bedroom closet door does not open/close properly. It just shimmies and shakes when you attempt to open or close.
If it were my unit I’d run down to Costco and spend a few hundred $ just upgrading several of the utensils and small appliances. Maybe a new toaster. One frying pan has a handle that is ready to fall off. A lot of the kitchenware has a feel like you’re camping. Wouldn’t take much for your owner to bring that kitchen up to speed.. And that primary shower is going to need some re-grouting soon..
Very tight parking in those narrow stalls between the posts, making it difficult to get in and out when wide cars are in there..
I don’t think they planned on cars going that wide when they first built that place.
