The condo is located on the ground floor and conveniently located to all that the High Country has to offer and is within walking distance to many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo also just steps away from the Long recreation path, the popular Tiki Bar, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina. There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.
The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining table that seats 4. The condo features many amenities including a gas fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary wi-fi and much more. The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and easy access to the guest bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo and a private deck with a BBQ and partial lake views.
After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and being able to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. You can also enjoy the stunning views from the living room while relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Or want to relax in a hot tub instead?
