The stunning 3,700 square foot floor plan features custom artisan details throughout. A 26’ retractable glass wall in the Great Room opens to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach; kick back on the chic furniture to enjoy the ambience of a fireplace and watch the waves roll in.
The sun-soaked living room is another elegant social space with a fireplace, 62” TV, and a plush sofa. A billiards table and a selection of movies provide an array of entertainment options.
KITCHEN & DINING
The upscale kitchen features a full suite of appliances – including a gas range and custom-paneled side-by-side fridge. A wine fridge stores your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature, and a gleaming kitchen island has seating for three.
When it’s time to eat, share home-cooked meals at the eight-person dining table overlooking the beach.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This four-story home sleeps up to six guests in three spectacular suites.
With a retractable glass wall leading to the private balcony, the master suite offers a truly extraordinary retreat. Recline on a king bed, or relax in the sitting area while a film plays on the 48” TV. A double-sided fireplace faces the bedroom and the open walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom, where you’ll find two sinks and a soaking tub.
The guest suite features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a pristine walk-in shower, while the third suite is detailed with a king bed and a tub/shower combination.
An additional guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
Unparalleled views of the coastline await on the rooftop deck, a private sanctuary with a hot tub and bistro table for two. A Juliet balcony off the living room is the perfect perch for morning coffee.
The beachfront deck has built-in benches, colorful armchairs, and a dining table for eight. Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout, then walk along the beach at sunset.

The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.
