This 3-bedroom spacious townhome is close to the conference center and has great amenities including tennis court and pool access! As you walk through the front door you will be greeted right away to a newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. Ample counter space and a well stocked kitchen ensure you have everything you need for cooking. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen opens up into an over-sized living room that has plenty of space for your entire party. The large leather sectional is the perfect spot to relax in front of the fireplace! A spacious deck off the main floor with a BBQ makes this property perfect for indoor and outdoor living.
There main floor bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the half bathroom and laundry room with a washer/dryer. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and beautiful views of the mountain. The primary en suite has been completely remolded with new counter tops, sinks, and tile work. There is also a futon that sleeps an additional 2 people. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a bunk bed. There is a large walk in closet and it is across the hallway from the second bathroom upstairs.
Tennis Townhomes is a quick walk to both the skier shuttle stop and the conference center, making this a perfect spot for both winter and summer vacations! This property also has access to a community outdoor heated pool and tennis courts!
